AAMSA
The Asian Association of Management Science and Applications (AAMSA) is an academic association established in 2011. The aim of AAMSA is to provide a frame to promote the exchange of ideas on the latest developments in the field of management science and applications among researchers and engineers in universities and industries of the Asia area, and to seek opportunities for collaboration among the members.
Conferences
The Asian Conference of Management Science and Applications (ACMSA) is the official conference of AAMSA. The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for exchanging the latest research results related to management science and its applications among researchers and practitioners within and beyond the Asian region. Meanwhile, it is also a important target to seek opportunities for collaboration among the participants.
The 1st ACMSA was held in 2011 (Sanya, Hanai Province, China). Up to now, we have organized 6 conferences and several workshops.
Journal
Asian Journal of Management Science and Applications (AJMSA) is the official journal of AAMSA.
AJMSA addresses the broad area of management science and its applications in industry and business. It is particularly receptive to research relevant to the practice of management within the Asian region and its effects beyond. It covers studies on how management work is done (descriptive) and/or should be done (normative) in diverse organisational forms. These include for-profit/non-profit firms, private/public sector institutions and formal/informal social networks. It uses tools from fields such as OR/MS, mathematics, statistics, industrial engineering, psychology and sociology.
